a) Appearance: Clean and well-maintained overall look, Includes grooming of hair, nails, skin, etc. Reflects discipline and self-care.

b) Dress Sense: Wearing clothes that are appropriate, clean, and well-fitted. Dress should match the occasion, environment, and culture. Enhances personal and professional image.

c) Personal Hygiene: Regular bathing, oral hygiene, trimmed nails, and clean clothes, Prevents illness and improves confidence. Essential for social acceptability

d) Etiquettes and Body Language:

  • Etiquette: Polite behaviour, such as saying “please,” “thank you,” and respecting others’ space
